Have things like ,Fire Extinguishers, smoke alarms, escape ladders in designated areas, and have everyone trained on how to use them. Also an escape plan, and meeting area. Once a month, go to each one of these ,and check if they are in working order, have fresh batteries, and have fire drills. Keep a record of each months inspections. That is what a Fire Safety Log is. Oh course, if this is for a business, There is a little bit more, but in general the same. Good Idea! Bye
